The Gravel Pit is located south of 5 Corners between Ferguson and Senator Wash Roads. Cell reception is spotty so if you’re looking for Verizon reception, take your phone or device and find a campsite that has measurable bars. Depending on your antenna, you should get over the air TV. There are many campsites and it’s reasonably protected from the wind.
