Cistern Road

Heading North on Senator Wash Road, shortly after crossing over the American Canal, look to your left for signs for Ferguson Road/Christian Service Center. Take a left on to Ferguson Road, continue past the Christian Service Center, look to your right for the road sign for Cistern Road. Turn right on to Cistern Road and follow it until the end. You will then enter the Cistern Road camping area.

 

Head South on Senator Wash South past the LTVA Registration and Services Area, which will be on your right. You will pass “Skunk Hollow” on your left. About a mile, on the right hand side, look for signs for Ferguson Road/Christian Service Center. Take a right on to Ferguson Road. Continue past the Christian Service Center, look to your right for the road sign for Cistern Road. Turn right on to Cistern Road and follow it until the end. You will then enter the Cistern Road camping area.

We assume if you are coming in via Five Corners, you are familiar with that area. If you are heading to Five Corners from the East (the LTVA Registration/Services Area), take a left on toFerguson Road. If you are heading to Five Corners from the West, Ferguson Road will be on the right hand side.

Once you’re on Ferguson Road heading South, you will drive about one mile. You will see the Christian Service Center on your left. Almost as soon as you pass it, you will come to a cross road. Turn right, still on Ferguson road,it is only a short distance to Cistern Road which will be on your right. Turn right on to CIstern Road, follow it a short distance to the end. You will be at the Cistern Road Campground.
